ScopeTrack helps owners record an agreed project scope, propose changes with a fee and schedule, and get a client's approval or decline on an exact proposal version after the client verifies their email address.

ScopeTrack records which version a client approved or declined, when, and the email address the client showed they could access. That shows inbox access, not legal identity or authority. ScopeTrack is not an electronic-signature service. Whether a decision binds you and your client depends on your own agreement with them.

You're responsible for your account and what you enter. Clients don't need accounts. You choose who receives private links, and you can revoke or replace a link at any time.

Finalized baselines, finalized proposal versions and client decisions can't be edited or deleted by owners or clients, so the history stays complete. See the Privacy Notice for how data is kept and how deletion requests are handled.

Cancelling your subscription doesn't close your account. To ask for account closure, email rightnow@rocketship.com from your account's address. We verify ownership without asking for your password, resolve any subscription, offer 14 days to download your records, and explain what will be deleted or retained before you confirm. Accounts containing client decisions require separate review; the current closure process blocks those accounts from deletion. Completed deletion cannot be undone in ordinary use, and backups may temporarily retain earlier copies.

Each owner account gets one free 7-day trial with full features, starting when its email is first confirmed. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, paid features pause unless you choose to subscribe. Trials can't be restarted or extended.

• Price: USD $15 per month, plus any applicable tax. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Subscribing is your choice. If you subscribe, you're charged when you subscribe, including during your trial, and then monthly until you cancel. Unused trial days are not added to the paid period.
• Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC, Stripe's merchant-of-record affiliate, handles transactions under the terms shown at checkout, including tax and receipts.
• You can cancel from the Billing page. Paid features continue until the end of the period you've paid for. If cancellation isn't working, contact rightnow@rocketship.com.
• Refunds: we do not routinely provide partial-month refunds. This does not limit mandatory legal rights or broader refunds available under Stripe/Sold through Link's applicable refund policy. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
• If a renewal payment fails, paid features (creating and editing projects, proposals and links) pause until payment succeeds, unless you still have other valid trial or paid access.
• Viewing, downloads, revoking links and existing client decisions stay available without a subscription.

Keep your login secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Enter only information you are entitled to use and share. You retain your rights in your content and allow us and our providers to process it to operate, secure and support ScopeTrack.

Do not use ScopeTrack for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraudulent approvals, harassment, malware, unsolicited messages, unauthorized access or interference with the service. Do not enter payment-card details, government identification numbers, health records or other highly sensitive information in project fields.

We may reasonably restrict access to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain and provide a contact route. Suspension does not by itself authorize further charges or remove rights required by law.

Interruptions, maintenance and errors can occur. No uninterrupted availability or fixed support response time is guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important project records.

You remain responsible for your information, decisions and client agreements. ScopeTrack does not replace professional advice. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms include no monetary liability cap, compulsory arbitration or exclusive court requirement.

We will display an effective date and announce material changes through an in-app notice or registered account email, normally at least 30 days before they take effect. Legal or security changes may require shorter notice. Price changes apply only to future renewals after advance notice and an opportunity to cancel. Changes do not rewrite existing client decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law where you live gives you protections that can't be waived. This clause chooses the governing law only. It doesn't pick an exclusive court, require arbitration or waive a jury trial, and it doesn't govern the separate agreement between an owner and their client.
